A few caring aides, some good therapists, but I found management and supervisors indifferent, inadequate number of staff, basic hygiene rarely followed. 30 minute call-light response time was standard, with no means of communication (like intercom). Longer waiting was common. The facility was dirty; meals were starch and salt, often with horrible quality foods.
