The facility is in a good location, but they lack continuity of care. The turn over rate of staff is very high. The atmosphere is not as compassionate as it had been previously. I question some choices of management regarding rehabilitation. The goal is to use rehabilitation services to rehabilitate, not to challenge a declining person who can not ultimately benefit from the services.
