They work the nursing assistants like slaves. They don't have enough help on the floor. Therefor your mom or dad has to sit & lay in their own feces or urine an hour or so because the assistant has 15 people total care patients to shower, feeding them, taking their other residents to the bathrooms. They cut a cna on each shift because they have an empty bed or two on the rehab unit and the rehab unit is the money making floor. Beautiful place, horrible working conditions, top executive heads quit left & right within months. They figure if we cut an assistant off the floor we save money. It's your loved one that must suffer. Not a 5 star place, I wouldn't send my dog there to live. Every time they have orientation when they get off orientation, they quit. Don't be fooled by the scenery. Also there are a lot of africans, that speak their native tongue. Unprofessional!
