on the occasions that I have visited people in Avante, I noticed a great deal of unattended people left in the hallways. The rooms seem to be cramped without much privacy. The facility seems to be understaffed and I have never heard of anyone liking to go to Avante in Harrisonburg. it seems to be a place people are sent to because they cannot afford VMRC, Sunnyside, Willow Estates or even Harrisonburg Rehab, or because there are no rooms elsewhere.
