its a bad place, cnas don,t where name badges , don,t answer call lights when paticents need help, they put call lights on the floor where residents can,t reach them ,i know cause my mom is there, i have residents that i see when i come in and they talk to me and tell me how they are being treated , and they say nothing because they are scared some might abuse them.someone needs to investigate the home please. family member
