the staff worried about coffee breaks and smoke breaks instead of the patients. I went to visit my father one morning and found him in his bed soiled and the bed was completely soaked. I had to talk to three different people before i finally was ready to blow off some steam, when a CNA ( who was always smiling and willing to help) helped me. there was a couple of them that cared about my father and our family loved that but the rest were just plain horrible. One of us was there everyday with my father and so it wasn't just a random thing. Do not take your loved one there.
