I just spoke to my friend in the Mansfield Unit and she told me she has been waiting for an hour to have someone come in to help clean her up from a bowel movement. Two or three people are aware of her needs and no one has come to her aid. This is ridiculous!
I called to speak to the supervisor and was informed at the main desk that no supervisor is available. The person went home already. This is also hard to believe that no one is in charge of this facility at 8:00 in the evening.
I was put through to the nurses' station in that unit and the phone rang at least 30 times without an answer. I called the main number back and the girl I spoke with was rude and unwilling to answer my concerns. What an awful place!
