They are really under staffed at night. That means a longer wait for your loved one to get their meds on time and my mother has not seen a Dr on staff since she has been there. You have to keep a close watch on everything because their RN's just drop pills off and don't listen to complaints! It is clean, but just cause it looks nice on the outside does not mean it is on the inside!!!!!
