Incredbly under-staffed. One nurse is responsible for 30+ patients along with 1 or 2 aids. I removed mother from this facility after only 2 months and in that time she developed 2 bed sores, was given the wrong medication once, fell twice, and was given a total of 8 showers, that's right only 8. She lost 23 pounds. She always complained to me that staff took too long to answer her help light resulting in her wetting her pants, so, on one visit I pushed her light to see how long it took. 17 minutes later a very frazzled aid hurried through the door apologizing that the other aid for the day had called out and that she was responsible for caring for the etire hall of 29 people alone. This seemed to be a regular problem. When I asked why they didn't call someone into work to help she hesitated and said that it was managements decision to do that. I pushed and asked if they had and she side stepped my question several times before stating that they didn't feel it was necessary. This was when I removed my mother from their care. If I could give a negative rating I would!
