We had my dad in Pineview after he had a stroke and it was awful. The therapy was ok but they seemed to do the same thing with everyone. It's like it was a therapy mill. I know it's hard to work with confused people but my dad had a hard time with 3 different therapists before they found one that sort of got along with him. They had to change his room a couple times also when they changed therapists. That seemed really crazy that he had to change rooms just because he got a new therapist. They have specific therapists for specific rooms and didn't want to just change the therapist without changing the room! Finally, when we took him home, they have some random requirement to check out by 11. My husband and I both work and neither of us could get there till after lunch and THEY HAD HIS BAGS PACKED AND WAITING BY THE FRONT DOOR!! It's like they thought they were doing us a favor by my dad being in their facility!
Again, we had such a bad experience, I'll never use them again. Hopefully we don't have to use anyone but it definitely won't be them.
