Administrator is more concerned about money than patient care. My family member had been there for less than a week before they tried to move him to the worst room in the center so they could give his room to someone with better insurance. The CNA's and nurses are mostly rude and never introduce themselves to patients or family members. We watched several CNA's get fired within a day or two of my family member being there. The rehab center looks like more like a home gym with very little equipment. The only people that seem competent are the physical therapists. The director has walked past us numerous times without ever acknowledging us. The CNA's take up to a half hour or more to respond to pages from residents and are not very good at passing information along to each other. And that is what the head nurse admitted to us. Not very pleased by care and would never recommend this facility to anyone. The only reason that I am giving it 1 star is because there is not an option for 0 stars.
