I was there about 24 hours and have never received such horrible care in my life. They couldn't get my meds straight, they deliberately withheld pain meds. Very disrespectful and incompetent! I was afraid for my life! Do not take anyone to this horrible place!p

This place is not safe for anyone. they caused pain and suffering to someone very special to me. as a result of there negligance and poor care she passed away. and they tried to cover up the fact that she was injured in there care and laid all alone in a room in blood for more than a hour. this place does not care about the people that are there they only want money. they put on a really good show but that is all it is a show. they are negligant in the safety and care of there patient and will cover up there mistakes even when it costs a patient there life.. its sad that this place can do so much harm to patients. Please dont take a loved one to this palace they deserve better.

Thithis facility is not a good choice for anyone to take a loved one. The care is very poor and the staff and management will tell you what you want to hear and will take no responsibility for there poor care. And blame the patients for there problems. It's not a good place at all there is no respect for the patients or the family's. They hide behind a web of lies and devote.

I put my husband in this home 16 years ago. He was 31 years old and was in a coma. He lived there for 21/2 days when his feeding tube was clogged because of lack of being flushed and later they took out the tube and re inserted it without an x ray machine or ultrasound machine. The tube was inserted inside his lung instead of his stomach. The machine was turned on by the nurse and his lungs were filled with chocolate milk of some sort and because of their negligence he was dead within 20 hours later.
My sister in law was put there this last July 2012. She was there for 6 days and revived a call that she had passed away. We were told they brushed her teeth and left her for ten minutes knowing she aspirated. When they checked her ten minutes later, she was dead.
Two relatives dead, 16 years apart only because of their lack of care and their negligence.
