I have a loved one that stays at this facility and the smell of urine is hororable I can not understand how your staff can work with the smell moreless how the residents are expected to live like that. The response time when someone needs help is unacceptable. Your report by the state was showing many things that were in volation for your facility I have yet to see any of them fixed and the state report will be a year ago next month.
