Do not have your loved one live or stay at Grace Care at Northpointe ! I had a family member there and the care and the majority of nurses and staff were horrible. There are some good nurses and CNA's, but most of the staff, including nurses… Full Review

We had my mom there. Management was awful. Especially the administrator. Very rude and loud. We were warned not to put mom there, but we needed a place. We finally got out. Do not make the same mistake.… Full Review

i would never ever recommend this facility to any body. It would be a shame to do that. My family member was admitted to this facility's rehab, to get better with her health and to be rehabilitated. Instead she got worst and ended up again… Full Review
