This is a horribly understaffed and over crowded facility. The patient care is non-existent and is closer to being a kennel than it is a care facility for your loved one. The staff barks orders like prison guards and could care less if the food they receive is cold or hot and if meds are dispensed per Dr. orders or not. Wellington Place is owned by The Ensign Group of California who was forced to pay a $48 million dollar fine for falsely billing medi-care for medication, care and treatments that patients did not receive, If you care about your loved one please take them elsewhere. They deserve better. If you don't care about them, skip this place and just kick them out at the cemetery on your way home.
