I find the staff very helpful and willing to do all they can to help the residents. I spend considerable time at the nursing facility when I visit my mom. The staff know the residents by name and speak to them respectfully. They talk with the residents and offer as many activities as practical.
The food is as good as I could expect given that they are feeding a large number of elderly patients who have varied tastes and preferences. Mom looks forward to Sunday fried chicken.
