I do not know how the governemnt rating is a 4… This facility is nice/clean but the physical therapy, occupational therapy and nurse's/doctor's care is totally unacceptable. If you do not have any medical needs and just need a place to stay this will do otherwise seek another place for your loved ones. The staff seems caring WHILE YOU ARE THERE but when you are not there they do NOTHING! Numerous times our mother needed medical care and she was ignored until we requested it. Therapy here is too lax - it seems like any little thing is an excuse to not do therapy and just let patients stay in bed all day long. Our mother was eventually taken out of there in an ambulance and admitted to a hospital with severe mouth, tonque and throat infections and to quote the ER doctor was "dry as a bone" with regards to how dehydrated she was. We will never recommend this place to anyone!
