The place smells awful. This should be a red flag to say the least.
They have inadequate resident care, due to lack of insufficient staffing needs, and are notoriously short of staff. with this in mine you should know that residents can't possibly receive the care due them.
They have no concern for their aides and assign an unrealistic toilsome laborious literally, back breaking laboring conditions. One aide yes! One aide is left to care for up to 15- 18 or more residents, in an 8 hour shift this is impossible, The aide goes back and forth with 4 & 6 or more lights, call lights sounding simultaneously and or concurrently.
This is not a place I would recommend anyone to send their loved one!
