Accel at Willow Bend is mismanaged. My father has been there for a week, but we are transferring him to a better place. Be prepared for your loved one to wait up to an hour for a helper to come to the room when the resident requests help.
Sad but true. The staff is nice,,,,but severely understaffed. Do not go there.
