Review of Accel at Willow Bend

Don't let the fancy new facility fool you. Always understaffed, lack of communication between staff members, terrible food, wrong items or missing items on meals, huge turnover of aides, long waits for help when using call button, piled excess towels, pillows, etc. everywhere in the room. Meals served late in mornings and never knew when they would be served. Only good thing about the place is the therapists. They are terrific.
