I am home sick with the flu and can not go check on my friend in there. I have been trying to call for two days. If you are lucky enough for someone to answer the telephone they transfer you to someone who will not answer or they hang up on you! I let the phone ring for over 10 minutes after being transferred. They will not take a message to give to the patient either. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I can only imagine how terrible service they are providing my friend. I am telling her family to have her moved out.
