This is a nice & clean facility, they are short on staff especially on the weekends. You cannot get anyone to communicate with you unless the staff at the home thinks your patient is causing them problems.
They have a "Memory Unit" for patients with Dementia & Alzheimer's, but their staff appears to have neither the training or the skills needed to care for these patients.
Their prices are extremely high!
