This is not a good nursing home, very deficient staff in general incduding director of nurses and night supervisors of skilled area, scabies everywhere, my father got infected twice and director of nurses unable to give me a proper explanation, over charges unclear, I noticed bed ulcer in my father, I asked night shift supervisor a filipino female nurse and she said that is was normal for residents to develop that type of ulcers because they were elderly people and they didn't move and didn't walk, I had to reminded her that we were paying to have my father leaving a decent life and that was part of her job, she said that it aws cna job not hers.
