They left my Dad sitting in his room where he couldn't reach the call button for almost an hour. If I hadn't called, they wouldn't have even known he was back from a treatment. The also wouldn't respond to his call button for 45min to 1 hr when he needed a bed pan and then complained he had soiled the bed. Many times I couldn't speak to him because they either didn't answer the phone or said the phones were broken or just lied and said they checked with the nurse and he was sleeping. How can then know to check when I just called? When I insisted to speak with him, - he was awake. I have the impression that they just don't care!
