I give this facility one star if at all, I have my grandfather there and I have had nothing but problems with caring staff and protocol for his care. Staff did not have any knowledge of the care he was needing in advance so nothing was done. He had a stroke so he could not take plastic wrap off his food, so they would just dump his tray off and leave him, so he would not eat. Among other negelectful things.
Needless to say our family is now pulling him out and into home care with a licensed home health care person.
