Although this facility is nice, the management leaves a lot to be desired. The management team is young and seem to have little experience. They have a history of not knowing where their patients are at all times (and have had to drive in the surrounding neighborhood to look for them), they have had health and safety issues during meal times, they often make poor decisions regarding their patients' health and safety, especially when it comes to the patients needing to go to the hospital or staying longer for therapy; and they do not value the opinions of the highly educated therapists. They are too concerned with how much money they are saving vs what is right for their patients. The therapy department; however, is a contracted company and have strong therapists. They provide excellent service to their patients and strive to get their patients home safely. It's ashame that such a beautiful building could have such a poor administration team. Go elsewhere for your loved ones care!

It is amazing to me to see two such different view points of the same long term care facility. I have been in and around long term care facilities within the Austin area for many years with loved ones in my family. This facility is beautiful AND has a very caring and loving staff. The staff have done nothing but go the extra mile for my loved one , and they truly provide my loved one (and my family members) with
knowledgeable care and information. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for competent care givers. My experience has been an extremely positive one.
