Our 95 year old father resided at Rosewood Retirement/Nursing Home in Killeen TX after his stroke in July 2012. We were very happy with his care at Rosewood. My father died on May 24th 2013. Since that time, we have not been able to receive the refund from the 24th through May 31st. We have contacted Rosewood throughout the months of June, July and Aug. To this date, we cannot received the refund which is approx. 1,100 plus. When we have been able to get a return call, we are told that it takes time to get "corporate" to give us a refund. Too many phone calls have not been returned. I gave it a two star because of the money issue.
