While the nursing staff appeared to make every effort to tend to their patients the facility was not very nice. It smelled of urine all the time and is really lacking in appearance. While my Dad ws there one of his hearing aids was broken and his glasses were broken, thankfully we were able to get them repaired. There just seems to be so many people there with severe problems and that makes it very difficult for the nurses to prioritize their attention.
