Staff is inattentive, Food is atrocious, they have literally trashed the new building with smells, stains on the rugs, uncleaned after weeks; Urine smells on furniture, non english speaking staff - how can you take good care of folks when you can't speak, or read english well? No RNs in charge, the LVNs never get ouf of their chairs. How do they supervise the patients from a chair?
