Mother was forced to bed rest, after she was handled by 3 workers and ended in the floor in the early morning hours. Family not notified, later had to be taken to the hospital in Jasper then transferred to Beaumont by ambulance. When ask about what med she had been give we got conflicting stories. Went to get her things and the nursing director was there at 7:30pm helping them file out the reports on my mother. I stood and listened to her telling them what to write in the report for ten minutes before they realized my husband and I was standing there. It was just crazy. I just wanted to cry. My mom told us things throughout the day they did and said.
