Just relocated my mother to Rayburn Health Care & Rehab in Jasper , Texas & if there was a 10 star rating, I would give it to them. Looked more like a nice resort facility when I drove up & once inside, I was even more impressed. From the director… Full Review

This place is disgusting! My friend was admitted for rehab, and they left her in the bed for 2 days, even though she is able to walk. They didn't bathe her or help her to get dressed. She called for assistance to help her walk to the bathroom… Full Review

5 it is the best facility I have ever seen, my husband was in there for 15 days in rehab. and it is the cleanest, nicest, place to be for rehab. temporary or permanent stay. I would recommend this facility to everyone. We need better… Full Review
