This place is very, very pathetic. The office staff is incompetent including most of the nursing staff (except for 1 or 2 nursing staff persons). The social worker is absolutely ignorant regarding her responsibilities and has no idea what she is doing. My father was there for a couple (2) months during the 1st month my father's feeding tube was dislodged. he spent an entire week there at a nearby Hospital to have another feeding tube surgically imputed. upon discharge from the hospital park manor would not fulfill their responsibilities of transporting my father from the hospital back to their facility. I was notified by one of the office staff members that I would have to transport him back to there facility. Please do not take your love one(s) to this horrible place.
