I would give them NO stars as well. My mother has alzheimers and can not care for herself at all. The caregivers there that I have encountered are negligent at best, criminal in my opinion. I have to ask for them to come and change her diaper EVERYTIME I visit, the stench is overwhelming and I have actually vomited. If you ask them to come and clean her up they cop an attitude or disappear. There is ALWAYS feces all over her hands and arms, if they change her at all they refuse to clean her hands and I guess she is expected to feed herself with feces all over her hands. She can no longer feed herself properly and there is NEVER anything for her to drink in reach, her cup is placed across the room. She can not use a fork or spoon on her own and is left to try using her eye glasses to try and eat. She has been sent to hospital at least four times severely dehydrated and or her blood sugar dropping and labs coming back "horrible" and she has only been here since September. It is kind of weird that the last hospital she was sent to was different from where she was sent the first three times, maybe people are trying to cover the fact that she keeps getting in the same condition. Gee wonder how that keeps happening. It is because she does not get the basic care that a diabetic alzhemers patient requires. I think they should be closed down permanently and prosecuted for negligence. Do not send a loved one to this torture chamber!
