OMG. Do not bring your loved ones to this place. The social worker and nurses have no idea what they are doing. The food is horrible. We went to pick him up because he was supposed to be discharged today and the nurses had no idea that he was… Full Review

Very bad place. My mother lost 20 pounds and had several infections including C-Diff 3 times. She lost over 20 pounds. They contributed to her death by providing unsanitary conditions. I saw no hand washing after patient cleaning. … Full Review

My experiance at Heartland could have been alot better, i was there for long term i-v antibiotics, and wound care. For the most part, the nurses tried to do their best, but the facility is understaffed, and i question whether some of the nurses… Full Review
