Terrible. Even though the day staff seems to be doing a good job, the night shift 6am-10am is not on. My grandmother 85 had only been in the center for 2-3 weeks when her roommate ( a lady who can walk and is independent) started wearing my grandmother's (who cannot walk and bed ridden)) clothes and then started stealing her eye glasses, then assaulted my grandmother who is on hospice with a chair in her sleep. Then after a police report and counseling with the staff, the night shift let's her roommate rome the halls at night looking for my grandmother like a staulker. The center has done nothing about this psychotic bully living at the center. My grandmother cannot go anywhere until her medicare is approved. Meanwhile she lives in fear every day. Someone please help us!
