This facility is grade poor as far I am concerned, my mom is there and it takes these people to long to shift change it is unreal . My mother cann't use her hands and yet the employees will not go help her answer the phone in her room, to me that is just lazey. I can not and will not even give a star for lazyness. This is lame I have to give a star just ,so the facility can read this! Shame on you Autumn leave Rehab.
