they leave their residents who can not help themselves to sit and fester in their waste and urine all night because they are too lazy to take them a bed pan or help them to the bathroom. These are residents who have just had surgery and need to ensure their surgical sites stay clean!!! Not enough staff and the staff they do have don't give a rats butt about the residents.
