I would not leave my loved one in this skilled residential facility. Poor staffing, unresponsive to patient needs, mismatching of room-mates and no ongoing review to ensure comfort and compatibility. Staff speaks loudly in their own native languages. Bedbound patients get little attention. Patient call bells can be heard going off constantly and continuously without being addressed and/or turned off at nurses station. The environment is disturbing.
