My loved one is neglected unless I come in and check every day and often that is not enough. She was recorded as having being bathed when I know she did not get a bath. She has worn the same clothes all week and she stinks. Every time I come to see my family member all the workers are sitting outside smoking. When they see me drive up they will get up and head inside. My loved one sits in her own urine without being cleaned up until someone of her friends or family come in and complain. I went in a few minutes ago and she was sitting in a puddle of urine in her bed. We complained and now they are cleaning her up. When I came in the lights were off and she was crooked in the bed and miserable.
