I would never recommend this facility. The turn-over rate for employees is very high. The training of employees is minimal. They are slow to answer call bells, and chair alarms are ignored. My loved one has been there for 4 years and if there was another facility nearby, I would move her immediately.There seems to be more concern for activities than for the health and well-being of the residents.

The turnover rate for the past year has been ridiculous. They terminated a great DON because corporate got upset that someone might know more than them. Then once they do that they target his management staff and nursing personnel and "clean house" as they call it. There is a corporate guy named Blaise Faxique who is the most disrespectful man anyone can meet. Unprofessional, loud, and demeans women, but yet the owners keep him around. Since that time the home has not gotten any better. If they clean out their corporate trash, then maybe the home could give the care to the residents instead of focusing on filling their wallets with money. There have been some great nurses there that knew their job very very well, but because of personal BS they get rid of them because they didn't jump high enough or quick enough, or wouldn't lie or falsify records for them.
