It is unfortunate that Premier Transitional Care of Dallas is a nice facility (building) but when it comes to the CNA staff it is terrible: their attitudes is NASTY in all sense of the word. They do not even fake that they care about the residents… Full Review

My Godmother has been here over a week now and so far everything has been OK. The staff is very Friendly and helpful and their interaction with the patients is very well from what I see as I walk through the halls and dining area every other… Full Review
