My mother-in-law is very, very happy here. She is 89 years old, confined to a wheelchair, but gets up every morning, puts on her makeup and jewelry, and gets involved in every activity they have. She says this is her home and she'll live there until the day she dies. It is clean, modern, no smell. The staff has been great. No place is absolutely perfect, but this one gets my vote.

My mother has been in this facility for 17 months now, and I have some serious concerns for the care she is given, both by the staff and the doctors overseeing her care. Communication within the staff and between staff and the family is almost non-existant, and very disconcerting. I see no evidence of abuse or overt neglect, but neither do I see any real effort at making the residents' lives any better. The recent change in managment does not appear to be any improvement, and in some cases, I fear it may be worse. The nursing staff is generally very friendly and, on a personal level, very concerned. But as an organization, I have little confidence in this center.
