If I could give a minus number I would. They made my 97 yr old grandmother sit in a wheelchair for four hours in a soiled diaper and would not let the lady staying with her change it there. They refused to give her a bath for over a week and then sent a male nurse in to do it. No patient care, no professionalism. We will be filing a complaint with the state.
