The staff is not helpful. They leave patients in their beds, soiled, promising to be back only to return hours later. Doctors are not consulted when a medical condition arises. Call lights are not answered nor phone calls made by family members… Full Review

If I could give a minus number I would. They made my 97 yr old grandmother sit in a wheelchair for four hours in a soiled diaper and would not let the lady staying with her change it there. They refused to give her a bath for over a week and… Full Review
