Now while I am sure that not all staff at TLC are mean spirited - there are some that are. While my father-in-law was at TLC he was not treated with the respect that an older man should be. Yes, he was a handful - but telling his wife that she needed to hire a 24/7 babysitter for him while he was in there care???? What the heck are they paid for! He has since been transfered to another facility and immediately settled down and felt at easy. His days and evenings now seem filled with peace. People who work at these types of places should have a required skills set - if you don't then you do not need to be employeed there! Please always check up on your loved one and the care that they are receiving.
