REMARKABLE HEALTHCARE: If I could give it a Black Hole on the star rating chart I would. ***Warning - THIS IS A VIRTUALLY UNRATED FACILITY*** and I suspect that is deliberate on the part of the 'for-profit' owners. I was lured in by their business development specialist who managed to suck me in because it's "pretty" and "new". Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should this facility be used by ANYONE until it IS rated by the State / Medicare. I kennel dogs and I wouldn't put a slavering hound with mange, halitosis and Borderline Personality Disorder in Remarkable Healthcare.
Failure of communications at all levels, unwillingness to facilitate communication between patient and relatives. Even the phone system doesn't work. No one answers the phones. Callers can't leave messages, calls aren't returned. No one knows how to reach anyone else on staff. No one knows when the doctors are in, or if they're coming in at all. My husband is so despondent and desperate he is presently refusing care, including oxygen and medication. As soon as I get my husband discharged I'll probably have to get him treatment for Post-Traumatic Stress.
If you have a loved one who needs care, go anywhere BUT Remarkable Healthcare. May they be shut down as of yesterday.
