I usually don't write reviews, and I surely don't write negative ones- I think they are subjective and just bad energy. But I feel that everyone who is considering putting their loved one in this facility should know how my uncle has been neglected and overlooked. This is a sincere review that I am writing in hopes to raise awareness of the poor care that he has been given. To start, his pacemaker has not been maintained or tested although he was charged for it. He has a rash that is so significantly blistered that it is painful to lay on his back- that is from his diaper not being changed and being unclean. In addition, the nurses' eyes glaze over when you ask them about anything or show any concern about their negligence. And his gown and area around him is always filthy and unsanitary. My mom is a very kind person and has always been respectful of the staff. She goes to visit him everyday, and he is still neglected. We have had such a hard time finding another place to put him because he is a medicaid patient. Please do your research before checking this place out. It is a very nice facility, and the management seems to be responsive, but for some reason has a hard time employing decent nurses and techs that really care for patients and therefore unsuccessful in executing on his basic medical needs.
