I was horrified that the hospital chose this facility for my mother's rehabilitation. A few staff members were excellent, but the majority were insensitive, unattentive and cold. No one listened to my mother and her needs were ignored. They constantly brought her food with sugar even though she is diabetic and did not listen to her other dietary needs as a cancer patient. Her experience here made her comment, "If I ever get so sick that I need to come to one of these places, just let me die."
