My mom almost DIED at this facility. The DAY I got her out of there she ended up in the emergency room and then a week long stay in the hospital (not in Borger) before she could be placed in another facility. I have pictures of her bruising… Full Review

They have recently hired new DON and Administrator and are trying to improve facility and hire additional aides and nurses. The nurses on staff are good, but currently, they are very under staffed. Administration isn't taking much pride in… Full Review
