Poor commuinication with their patients. Promises that are never fullfilled by the nursing home administrator or business office manager. They do not know how to run a medical facility and have poor cross contamination measures.
The female doctor assistant that comes in there, does patient assessments in the dining room full of staff, patients, and other family members with no reguard to patient confidentiality or privacy.
The therapy staff is laughable. One therapist (John) falls asleep during an evaluation and falls to the floor after breaking a bedside table! The patient had to call for assistance for him. He has the same goals for all of his evaluations and puts his patients on some mundane task while he either sleeps or plays video games on his phone. Another therapist (Amber) is sitting at the table outside the dining room, while charging for 3 treatments on patients that are either in their room or the dining room! And another therapist (Mike) is doing handstands on the parallel bars, shaking is butt in patients faces and saying he is sexy, and doesn't she want to touch this, pointing to his butt….the patient is looking away with her eyes close as his butt is eye level. He is also going around calling himself, "Dr. Mike", which is illegal as he is not a medical doctor but holds a doctorate in physical therapy.
This place shouldn't even be open. The food is awful, the care is laughable, and the services are non-existent.
